⚠️ Troubleshooting

TS 1 : My internet shows up but doesn't connect (iPhone User)

If your internet shows up on your TinyBuddy but wont connect, please follow the steps below:.

 

What you will need

- Your TinyBuddy 2 Tablet

- Your iPhone or tablet thats already connected to your home internet 

 

 

Step 1 : Turn on your TinyBuddy 2 Tablet

 

Step 2 : Go to settings

 

Step 3 : Click on "Network & Internet"

 

Step 4 : Click on "Internet"

 

Step 5 : Click on your Internet (if nothing happens, click it again) 

 

Step 3 : Click "forget" (If forget internet doesn't come up, this means you haven't tried to connect to the internet yet, thats okay head to step 4)

 

Step 4 : Scroll down to "Advanced Options"

 

Step 5 :  Click 'IP Settings', then select "Static"

 

Great, you're almost there. Leave the TinyBuddy and go onto your iPhone or Tablet.

 

Step 6 : Go to your iPhone/iPads settings

 

Step 7 : Click Wifi

 

Step 8 : Click the blue information symbol on the right side, after your internet name it looks like this ⓘ

 

Step 9 : Swipe to the bottom of the page until you see "iP Address" and "Router"

 

Perfect, last step! You just need to enter the same Wifi details from your phone to the TinyBuddy 

 

Step 10 : On your TinyBuddy, find "IP adress"

 

Step 11 : Enter the same IP address that is on your iPhone/Tablet on the TinyBuddy 

 

Step 12 : On your TinyBuddy find "Gateway"

 

Step 13 : Now you need to enter the same numbers under the "Router" section on your iPhone

 

Just to clarify, you enter the same numbers on your iPhone under "Router" in the "Gateway" section of your TinyBuddy 

 

Step 14 : Now on your TinyBuddy, scroll to the top (be careful not to delete the numbers you've but enter and do not press back. 

 

Step 15 : Enter your internet password 

 

Step 16 : Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Connect"

How do I access the apps on the TinyBuddy Pro 2?

If the tablet boots up but doesn’t complete the authorisation process, the games may remain hidden. To restore access:

Open the iWawa Kids app from the home screen.

Grant any requested permissions.

Enter Parent Mode, then select and allow the games you wish for your child.

Once authorization is re-granted, the approved games will appear in Kids Mode and be playable.
